Inspired by the Kancolle class reunion pool (pool:10686), I'd like there to be one for Azur Lane as well.
While I think the rules of the pool should mostly stay the same, because of how many classes in game seem to only have 3 ships I think it'd be better to lower the requirements from 4 to 3 ships of a class.
Sound like a good idea? Would appreciate help since I haven't done anything with Pools before.

I think it'd be fine to just allow azur lane content in that pool instead of having a separate one for each eventual shipgirl game, much like it was decided with pool #8338 (see topic #15125).

Well there is Zhan Jian Shao Nyu, other than that I can only think of Girls Frontline but I don't know if there is anything like that there.

Seems straightforward and covers all future games featuring anthropomorphic characters referencing real ships.
Guns, tanks, planes, etc might not share the word 'class' for classification, so restricting the pool to ships for now seems good enough.

A search isn't a pool though. It's not like we're so limited for pool space that we can't have a pool for every 4+ collection of pictures.

Pools exist to express a concept. If that concept is shared between multiple series with pretty much no difference, there's no reason to have multiple pools about it. It's not about a waste of space, but about making searches more difficult for no reason.
To put it in a different way: Why should someone have to search for 5 different pools at once when they want to search for ship class reunion pictures among all copyrights involving personified ships?

Further edited the description to make the requirement clearer. I initially thought only 4 out of X number of ships are required instead of all currently implemented ships in the class, as with the commenter in this post.
But rather than this weird per-copyright minimum number of implemented ships, I suggest lowering the minimum to 3 instead, irrespective of copyright. Otherwise, (I presume) people would need to start a new thread to update the minimum number every time a new copyright props up (e.g. Zhan Jian Shao Nyu is still unaccounted for).
I checked the ship list in kancolle wikia, and the only implications are:
1. Sendai-class and Unryuu-class are now eligible
2. New ship classes are now eligible with 3 implemented ships instead of 4
Keeping it at 4 for all copyrights works too.
