Unable to add to favorites

Whenever I click add to favorite group on a post, it does not actually add anything to my favorites. I have tried in two different browsers. I don't know if something is wrong with my account or if there is something I can fix, thank you very much if you can help me.

Have you created a favorite group and added anything to it?

Try clicking "favorite" or pressing "F" instead, clicking "add to favorite group" add the post to the favorite group which you need to create one beforehand.

Also have this problem. Don't understand what I'm supposed to do with the solutions provided above.

Click "Favorite" instead of "Add to favorite group".
