Puffy long sleeves and Juliet sleeves: same thing?

Aren't these two the same thing? Or is there any distinction between them?

You're misunderstanding the tags. "Juliet sleeves" and "Puffy long sleeves" are mutually exclusive. Juliet sleeves are only puffy at the shoulder. See Danielx21's post in topic #7911 for examples of "puffy long sleeves".
