Going by the Japanese Fashion Wiki it is "fashion inspired by the baggy street style worn by hip-hop artists." That though might be redundant with the hip hop tag (which should be hip-hop with a dash).

tube seems to mainly be used for flexible tubing, but the wiki says that it should be for cylindrical containers, presumably like post #10792819 or a diploma_tube. I'm not sure which one is correct.
soft focus doesn't make clear what separates it from plain old depth of field and could really use an example to make this more clear.

Wondering if someone could add the pictures for the characters who have official pictures?
For example using this pool https://safebooru.donmai.us/pools/28662 which has the pictures for the main characters.

wrapped_up (has no Wiki description)
Usage seems to show a mix of naked_ribbon, mummification (bound), wrapped in blanket, and some other forms of binding/restraint.
This is also among the tags suggested for replacing the deprecated wrapped tag.
A side-tie shirt is a shirt with strings on the side that are tied together as part of the shirt's intentional design/structure.
It is NOT a tied shirt where the knot happens to be on one side.
I've been slowly cleaning up the posts tagged incorrectly (so at least now the first few pages show valid examples), but it might be helpful for the wiki page to clarify.
@HyperOcram151817 this thread is to ask for clarification on dubious tags without wiki, not to ask for someone else to do the job for you. You can just write entries for copyrights/characters yourself, it takes one google search.

Duly noted.

I've never played either of these two games so I'll just do something simple from Wikipedia. Please double check, add more, etc.

While I was tagging a post I found out assisted fellatio didn't have a wiki yet. I wrote up a basic one from scratch but I feel it still needs work. Also, I believe it's missing an implication (see: assisted paizuri)
Do we make it so it only applies to a 3rd person helping or do we include cases of only the receiver and the giver? Although, in the cases of the latter it might just be mistags.
