Here's a list of what I changed.

As far as I know, all of the above diacritical marks should be simply omitted. While "ü" (both names containing it seem to be German, so it'd be safe to assume that's a u-umlaut) is often replaced with a digraph "ue", Danbooru seems to prefer plain "u" instead.

Speaking of which, it may be better to rename nuerburgring to nurburgring, for the sake of consistency.

I think we should add a section on non-English, non-Japanese languages to howto:romanize. People would probably still create unicode tags, but it would be helpful to have a guide for what to change them to.
