No. They put the wrong tweet as the source: this one has a matching md5 with that post. The real source is visible in the asset's page (asset #25720974).

Banned artist. Ended up discovering this artist had an older tag that content was being posted to while their newer one was the only one banned, all after posting an official art. Damn... so many posts will get sacked.
