I think it's worth noting that in the linked Skeb post in the commentary, the commissioner's Skeb profile links to a Twitter profile with a name similar to the name of the uploader.
If this is not a coincidence and the uploader commissioned this, it's odd they didn't tag commissioner_upload and instead sourced from a paywalled fanbox post.

Yes, thats me. I wasn't aware of that tag at the time - my bad, it won't happen again
...and instead sourced from a paywalled fanbox post.
The version I uploaded was from the fanbox post, but at the time of uploading I recall this was an un-paywalled 'all users' post - This must have been changed at some point by the artist.
Just to be sure I have double checked my payment history on fanbox and I have never subscribed the that artist, so it must have been un-paywalled at some point.

Very likely to be paid rewards, I suspect they are from the artist's fanbox. No source, full resolution (some have public versions available in lower resolution and/or cropped), and it seems the artist didn't post these versions anywhere else.

While m-da s-tarou uploads multiples of the same image on their fanbox, post #5168473 is still the same file size and image dimensions as one of their paid rewards.

post #5175875 was a Fanbox post marked All Users at the time of artist post and user upload. Currently under a PSD 1000JPY paywall (not sure how quick the change was but it seems like it was an artist error). Therefore post #5176147 was uploaded

Almost certainly a Fanbox reward. Dimensions and filesize match the reward file, and the source appears to be someone's local drive.

For example sibling post #3774602 comes from Twitter account, but post #5007377 has bigger resolution (Twitter limits the image to 1200 pixels on its largest side.)
