The uploader has uploaded several paid rewards already.

Is liran_(iro) still banned? His artist entry doesn't say he is. Asking because post #4320836 is the only post that isn't marked as banned.

He requested that all of his posts before that one be removed and that the outdated links on his wiki page be removed. He didn't request to be banned though.

That image dates to 1-16-2021. He didn't give a specific date? Like anything made before 2021 isn't allowed?

He didn't say anything about which works are allowed, he just wanted his old works removed.

Not sure if there's a better place to mention this, but post #4446499 isn't a paid reward. The uploader tagged it as such, but it hasn't been behind a paywall since at least February 17th, well before it was uploaded here.

You can just remove the tag in that case, since it's not banned.

Both images were uploaded before paid rewards were officially banned. So it's okay to keep them unbanned.
Kinda unsure about post #3987560 because I don't know if it was uploaded before the ban took effect on the same date or not.

On another note: Uploading banned artists isn't disallowed, only paid rewards.

It was. Compare the date with topic #17092's date.

I only checked forum #168930 where it says that the rules will go into effect on Monday (2020-07-06). If we go for topic #17092 then it's still okay.
