https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/69852848 says that the artist released the uncensored version to the public. The imgur links are dead but since the artist clearly intended to make their patreon reward publicly available this not a paid reward.
For additional reference: there is a deleted tweet that contained a link to the post. By all means, it points to the fact that this specific item was previously made available, so it's fine to post.

This topic is for paid rewards and banned artists. Unsourced posts aren't bannable unless they're confirmed to be either or, and while an unsourced post could mean it's one of the two it isn't always and it's generally a bad assumption to make. They can be left to expire in the modqueue.

Is it Paid Reward? It does not have a web source link and the duration is longer than post #6625133 which has paid reward available.

I'm not sure how this situation works, but I'm seeing a lot of uploads under ebora that are being sourced as 'file provided by artist' thing is the artist is providing these higher res or exclusive images either via mega links that are behind fanbox paywalled posts like https://ebora.fanbox.cc/posts/9936423 or posting them on his discord which as far as I know is only accessible to people that support him via ko-fi or other services.
I don't know if that qualifies these things as paid rewards or not, but if nothing else they're not publicly available.
