as far i remember, there was nothing wrong with those books, HOWEVER, i'd die from awesome if nefarian did a take on it :p

Perhaps nothing wrong...IF you had never played Warcraft or weren't familiar with the lore. The fact that Knaak felt compelled to teleport his own Mary Sue and a couple stereotypes back in time, instead of simply working with existing characters, guals me to no end.
Even beside that, they were very boring books. Cliche fantasy stuff. And the Sun Well manga was also pretty bad. Had a nice cover, but that's it.

I'd be satisified with more of his stuff being translated. He's basically the only the artist that's ever made me regret banning the genderswap tag.

Biggest problem with the character port was that it leaves the lingering question "What really happened?" I'm seriously wondering how the heroes of Azeroth could have possibly survived considering how often the trio pulls them from the fire.
But fanfic-ish port aside, I must say that I quite enjoyed the books.
