What's so funny is that she is wearing as mentioned in many sources a dress similar to indian cloth called 'shari' but the way she looks (without boobs it wouldn't be a surprise for many to think of her as a man), this dress just doesn't suit her. Nevertheless there is a certain form of hotness to it...????

ugh quoting tvtrope FTL. Seriously just say "not every women has noticeably large breasts" besides big boobs aren't beyond the world of "realism".
Anyway guys this is SQUARE guys. You know the type of men square likes to design, so I could easily say how someone would be skeptical about the gender of said individual IF you were to remove the boobies.

eh...?
When they got the the era of rendering pretty people in 3D, they kept using the Same Face every time. You couldn't escape a Kamui Gakuto cameo if you tried. Compared to previous females, at least Fang looks slightly more different.
I've never seen Squaresoft make a trap before and I doubt they ever will. (Excluding the beginning of FFVII where Cloud dresses up as a woman) They're more into little boys n' tight clothes, no clothes, etc.
According to Wiki this character is a lady:: A raven-haired woman donning clothing resembling the traditional Indian Sari adorned with tribal accessories. her tights texture is bugging me a little. Looks like a waxing is in order
