If he was in Smash, what style would be best? The X series style would be the most iconic, however most of those games were on Sony consoles, where as the Zero series is less appreciated, but took place entirely on Nintendo consoles.

Rockman Zero series Zero is the same Zero from the X series revived 100 tears in the future. He has kick-ass skills and so many different weapons, so I'd definitely aim for him for Super Smash Bros. 4.

Zero series, no doubt. Design-wise, it's my favorite.

I never cared about Nightmare, and I don't recall ever calling myself a Star Warrior... I have always only fought for the people I'm fed by. I won't hesitate... If an enemy appears in front of me, I will inhale it!

HAHAAAA nice play on words!! But in all seriousness I died a little the day I found out Zero was NOT in Brawl....they BETTER put him in the next one they're making.
I think the same, even Inafune wanted Rock there, only time issues didn't let Rock enter, what I think is that the original Rock comes representing the original series, Sigma represents the X saga, and Zero with the Megaman Zero style represents his game, besides, SSB is not a game that obey timeline issues (Young Link-Link, Ness-Lucas)

Actually, it's not time issues. In an interview, he said that Nintendo never came to ask him if he wanted Mega Man to be in SSBB.
