"It's no good." Is good, comrade. Five year plan and the whole "5 year work in 4" business proved to be very effective. At least at first, in agriculture. Kolkhoz wasn't pretty and had devastating social effects later, but it did work.

If they're planning to have more of RN's capital ships in KC sooner or later they'll have to put a Scottish built boat in the game: Scottish yards built all of RN's WW2 era battlecruisers, one third of British battleships used in that war (with the last British battleship, HMS Vanguard, being from Clydebank), and quite few of British aircraft carriers.

Well... it worked in the sense in that it did what the Soviets wanted it to do: ensure state control over the food supply even under the most dire circumstances. That's what did in the Tsars in WW1 after all.
This store doesn't have Pizza Crisps either! They say it's due to the potato crop failure in Hokkaido. It's a food culture that goes all the way back to Frederich the 2nd, after all.Speaking of potato failures, the Irish...The Naval Base First Five-Year Plan is enacted!!Kolkhoz!!!Perhaps that's the reason for the German ships being on edge as of late?Parmentier was doing his best around that time too!Seems that the Kyushu harvest is decent.Well, that's a relief. It's not like that.If you're lacking, then just produce them!!What's that? Agricultural failure?Warspite, hang in there!1 farm tool per 2 people!!...let's not talk about that, shall we?fwumpfSo it's possible that physiocracy really was the one true path.
