Ichirin's quiz basically says that someone who constantly jumps to extremes is only suited for religious work or being a terrorist. Meanwhile, the woman in religious work talking in another conversation exclaims that if there isn't any easy way to prevent skin chapping, then she'll have to abandon her current lifestyle, and go for black magic to keep her skin smooth. (Basically, jumping to extremes.)
(Of course, considering that Ichirin herself is a nun, she's not exactly one to say this...)
