Miko is just plain outnumbered. Not a good odds for her.
The only real problems of fighting I could see here are Shou and Byakuren. As, according to backstory, Miko has a good chance of being stronger than Byakuren.
Uh, and Mamizou isn't a problem? I guess there's that bit about how she's not terribly good at close combat, but there are other ways to be a threat.
She's an EX boss. Doesn't mean much when you consider that Yuugi is a stage 3 boss, but it does mean Mamizou at least has enough power to be qualified to be an EX boss.
Anyway, which part of Miko's backstory hints that she's stronger than Byakuren again?
It's basically Miko the Taoist hermit saint versus Byakuren the Buddhist magician, but I dunno about Miko being 'physically' stronger than Byakuren.
According to Miko's backstory, her body was weakened by her Taoist experiments whereas Byakuren's magic gives her physical enhancements. So unless Miko's body recovered from her deep sleep, I don't think she has an advantage over Byakuren physically. Not that Miko doesn't have a fighting chance, however. Miko is also a shikaisen hermit, who are supposed to have strong bodies, at least that's what Seiga says.
I think the only way Miko has a fighting chance is if she somehow outsmarts Byakuren or something. I mean, in Miko's profile it says that she was considered a genius at an early age (I don't know if it means a genius only at giving advice), and that her super hearing can hear a person's ten desires and therefore that person's past, present and future. If Miko could fight it at that angle, then this battle between Byakuren and Miko would be a case of brawn versus brains.

You don't want to face this lot in close combat anyways... they group up and you'll just get flanked.
I forgot about little Kyouko. I dunno how much she can do to help, but hey, she's still there. So Byakuren still has 3 people in reserve.

I think that genius bit was meant to say that she's really good at what she does, but still, I'm talking about the girl who somehow managed to Xanatos Gambit an entire country. I think brawn vs. brain is a good summary to what'll unfold here.
As a sidenote, I still find it interesting how Byakuren, the frail mage waifu looking woman, is actually a brawler. Keep up the amusing characters ZUN.

Unless you happen to be an avatar of the freaking god of war.

Kinda why I like Byakuren. Beautiful and mature super woman.

Just because you're good at planning doesn't mean you're good at fighting...case A: Artemis Fowl
