Group sex with brother and sister

That's what I was thinking as well.

I always say "if two people have the same idea independently from each other, it tends to be a good idea" ;)

Seriously though, I think that might be the best solution. And on the wiki page there could be just a couple of sentences explaining that the romaji pronounciation for the two kanji is identical, therefore the brackets offer clearification.

I approve of resolving the ambiguity in some way, but if we need to add lengthy qualifiers (and I can't think of an alternative), I don't see the purpose of continuing to use the Japanese terms instead of "brother-brother threesome" and "brother-sister threesome".

And ideally also "sister-sister threesome" instead of shimaidon for consistency, though I wouldn't die on that hill.

If there's a searchability advantage to it, tags like "threesome (brother-sister)" etc. are fine too.

Yeah, I think there no need to use japanese romaji for this tags.

This brings oyakodon (sex) into the mix as another potentially ambiguous tag.
The words 'oya' (parent) and 'ko' (child) are unisex, although the sex act is usually written with the kanji for 'mother' and 'daughter' to distinguish it from oyakodon (food).
I found 12 Pixiv posts tagged 父子丼 (father-child don), which I think would also be pronounced "oyakodon" by analogy, though I might not have thought of a different way it could be written. (To my knowledge there is no single kanji specifically meaning 'son' that can be pronounced "ko", only ones for 'daughter'.)

I'll propose some BURs to gauge the popularity of aliasing the tags to English equivalents and make a choice between our two options for the formatting of those tags.

What exactly is the reason we want a dozen different tags for threesome combinations? Does threesome sisters not work?

There are posts where family members are present but one of them isn't participating in sex, like post #2487938. (Incidentally, this post was tagged "shimaidon" until I pulled it up just now, but shouldn't have been. I removed it.)

It also lets us have proper tag translations for the equivalent Pixiv tags. If we got rid of those tags in favor of combinations, we could conceivably toss 姉妹丼 and so forth in the Other Names for sisters but definitely not threesome.

Also, maybe I'm misunderstanding, but these terms imply that both family members are interacting or partnered with another person. Like, shimaidon is "having sex with two sisters", so "a girl having sex with her sister and someone else", with the sister and the other person not interacting with each other, for example post #6647830, wouldn't qualify.

This would be particularly relevant in cases with three family members.

BUR #22296 has been rejected.

create alias shimaidon_(sex) -> sister-sister_threesome
create alias kyoudaidon_(sex) -> brother-brother_threesome
create alias oyakodon_(sex) -> mother-daughter_threesome

Only one of these BURs should be approved. Vote for your preference between them.
If it's this one, the tags brother-sister threesome and father-son threesome can be created and populated afterwards.

I just thought, the "threesome" part may not be accurate. For example, if you're doing it with three sisters like post #6970421 or two sisters and their mother like post #6310300.
