While the wiki says to never tag Kiss-shot as Shinobu, it still seems to be a form of her. The old forum post linked in her wiki quotes a different appearance, which is no longer a problem (see topic #21792, where Fujiwara no Mokou's younger form was implied), and neither are spoilers (see topic #21544, where spoiler forms from Madoka Magica got implied).
