hair over eyes alias

BUR #11434 has been rejected.

create alias bangs_over_one_eye -> hair_over_one_eye
create alias one_eye_hidden_by_bangs -> hair_over_one_eye
create alias bangs_over_eyes -> hair_over_eyes
create alias eyes_hidden_by_bangs -> hair_over_eyes

I struggle every time to find these tags.

I assume the last one is a typo, better to correct that.

With the new autocomplete system there should be less need for this. Typing "one_eye" or just "eye" or even "hair_eye" will get you hair over one eye. These aliases would mean that typing things like "bangs" or "hidden" would also get you hair over one eye, which I think is probably not what people are looking for.

I changed autocomplete because I don't like having to make a million utility aliases for every possible way to write a tag, especially for common tags that people should be able to remember. Every time we make an alias for a large tag, it has a risk of polluting autocomplete for other tags.
