Are overskirt and shorts under skirt intended to be used together? Or shorts under skirt is for shorts that are meant to be hidden under a standalone skirt only? Also what's the distinction between shorts under skirt and bike shorts under skirt? If we want shorts under skirt to be only used for thicker shorts, how to differentiate them with overskirts with shorts?
If we want to keep them all separated, I would tag post #5516978 overskirt, no shorts under skirt, because it's open on the front, the shorts are meant to be a set with the skirt instead of being an under-layer. post #3331694 would be shorts under skirt cause they're not bike shorts, but no overskirt cause no open front, the shorts are meant to be hidden instead of being part of a design set.
