Alias meat_cleaver, butcher_knife -> cleaver

May just want to migrate the posts from butcher knife to cleaver instead of an alias and potentially depreciate it, as the term seems to consistently mean a completely different kind of knife.

I imagine a vast majority of regular users don't actually know about professional distinctions between types of knives. Glancing through the tag I see a small number of kitchen knives but nothing that indicates people are using it to mean a unique form of knife.

After all, I did just say kitchen knife and not santoku knife, chef's knife, or whatever else.
