It just seems to make sense that if an image contains an animal, "animal" should be implicated alongside whatever creature is initially tagged. This could present some issues with the current way we handle fictional animals such as dragons, since the animal tag doesn't cover them but most everyone would agree dragons are reptiles (thereby implicating them with "animal"). I'm not really sure how to address this besides people being smarter with tagging in general, but that's a never-ending battle.
I've also definitely missed some animals that could merit this change. I tagged a bunch of the broader categories of creatures alongside the more commonly-seen species, but things like lions, chameleons, and trilobites could use it too. I'll add more when I have more time later on.
