New tag: thin_eyebrows or line_eyebrows

I wanted to start a tag for eyebrows which consist of simple lines with no space for a colour infill (eg. post #4902212, post #4907732, but not post #4907727). CormacM messaged me to say I should discuss this on the forum first due to the massive number of posts the tag would affect. It's just meant to be a counterpart to thick_eyebrows. If it matters, my personal motive for creating the tag is to be able to exclude such 'line brows' from searches as they don't look nice.

line would be the better name to reduce mistagging.

One point of note: the vast majority of comic posts would warrant this tag.

The issue with a tag as broad as this is that it'll never work for what you want. Look at -eyebrows_visible_through_hair for what I mean. It's a tag that in theory applies to 99.99% of the posts, but it's so common that most users won't tag it, rendering it useless for filtering.

This is why we have tags like thick eyebrows and short eyebrows instead.
