create alias pectoral_kiss -> kissing_pectoral
create alias pectorals_kiss -> kissing_pectoral
Similar to uhh kissing breast? I'm unsure because that tag seems underused but it has an alias. I also added some utility aliases because users could be used to spelling the plural words.
I was also unsure about creating a kiss implication because it seems like we only have a couple of *_kiss tags that have it implied and they were done years ago

Theoretically if we follow this topic #10304 in leaving the implication to skin contact only, we would probably need to make a kissing mouth tag or something to distinct it from all the others ones that would imply the main kiss tag.
