utility aliases for plunging_neckline

BUR #7511 has been rejected.

create alias deep_neckline -> plunging_neckline
create alias low_neckline -> plunging_neckline

Came up earlier in the server's #tagging channel, while discussing this post, about whether or not it should be tagged with midriff.

The lovely Mr @pronebone brought up the plunging_neckline tag and mentioned that he only knew of it thanks to conversations with NNT regarding awful clothes cutouts.

The suggested aliases feel more intuitive for a random person wanting to search up this kind of thing.

Low neckline is already a tag, I doubt we want to just nuke that.

The name for low neckline is terrible, there's no way it'll ever be used correctly. It needs to be renamed, but I don't know to what.

create alias low_neckline -> plunging_neckline

These are different things. Low neckline is nipple-level and plunging neckline is stomach- or navel-level.

The term "plunging neckline" maybe isn't well-known here, but it's not made-up by us, it comes from the fashion world: https://www.google.com/search?q=plunging+neckline&tbm=isch.

Maybe impossibly_low_neckline could work? I'm the one who originally made the low neckline tag, and cited that TV Tropes entry as its basis.
