create implication jacket_over_shoulders -> jacket

create implication jacket_over_shoulder -> jacket_removed

Can this imply jacket removed instead? I wasn't sure since jacket on shoulders doesn't count, so I wanted to make sure first.

I think it's probably fair to implicate both jacket and jacket removed, if the jacket is slung over one shoulder, I think most people would simply consider the person carrying the jacket rather than "wearing" it in some atypical sense (like you might for jacket on shoulders). I do see some posts in jacket_over_shoulder though that probably need to be cleaned up and moved to either jacket off_shoulder or jacket on shoulders beforehand though.

Wow, what a mess, I never noticed how many mistags are in jacket over shoulder.

Someone needs to go through the tag and remove posts like post #4779301 before this BUR can be approved, otherwise there's just too many mistags.

Just to clarify, stuff like post #4779301 should just have off_shoulder + open_jacket, right? With clothes_down + open_jacket if the sleeves go down lower?

Yeah, that probably also counts as jacket_partially_removed.

Went and removed all off shoulder, jacket on shoulders and jacket partially removed posts from jacket over shoulder
