adapted_costume utility alias

BUR #7187 has been rejected.

create alias modified_clothes -> adapted_costume

Just spent 5 minutes trying to find the tag.

This might cause confusion with the adapted costume tag (same costume, but modified).

We also have a whole family of alternate_* tags for things like hairstyle and color palettes. modified_clothes blurs the distinction and might cause mistags for alternate color, alternate headwear and such. Whereas somebody typing alternate_ (without the alias) will see the other tags being suggested and will probably tag accordingly.

That is because i put the wrong tag in the BUR. Fixed.
