Un-qualify full names

BUR #6977 has been rejected.

create alias morag_ladair_(xenoblade) -> morag_ladair
rename zeke_von_genbu_(xenoblade) -> zeke_von_genbu

According to general naming conventions, series qualifiers are usually done for single names (e.g. byleth (fire emblem), shulk (xenoblade)), but are unnecessary for full names (e.g. lysithea von ordelia, melia antiqua).

However, there are some character tags that have a qualifier despite being full names and having no other ambiguity, either because that's just how the first few taggers did it or as a result of a bulk update to add qualifiers to a series where most characters do not have full names.

These are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head that are like this, but it's likely there are others as well.

Might as well take this opportunity to bring up Akikawa Yayoi (Umamusume). Supposedly human character, no conflict with real-life horse names (unlike the Umamusume horse girls), and usually referred to by her full name in official character bios and Pixiv/Nico tags. Most other human characters in Umamusume don't take qualifiers either.

Yeah, I'd say that should be unqualified.

My stance is that if most characters in a copyright need to be qualified, then they all should be qualified. We gain very little by dropping qualifiers on two characters out of over a hundred *_(xenoblade) characters.

Look at Kantai Collection: there are characters like Akitsu Maru (Kancolle) or RO-500 (Kancolle) who don't seriously conflict with anything else. We could drop their qualifiers if we really wanted to. We could say they take precedence over everything else. Why don't we then? Because it's confusing to have two randomly unqualified characters out of hundreds.
