create alias socks_over_pantyhose -> pantyhose_under_socks

Consistency. We have those five as _over_pantyhose while the following are pantyhose_under_:

• legwear_under_shorts ← pantyhose_under_shorts
• pantyhose_under_swimsuit
• pantyhose_under_trousers
• pantyhose_under_buruma
• pantyhose_under_kneehighs
• pantyhose_under_socks
• pantyhose_under_pantyhose

I want to say some of these should probably be the opposite direction, like pantyhose under kneehighs -> kneehighs over pantyhose and same for the other layered legwear tags, because the "unusual" clothing would be the legwear in those cases, but it's pretty arbitrary.

The panties over pantyhose and fundoshi tags have the same logic, you don't usually wear panties over the pantyhose, which is why the panties are the first term, since that's what catches your attention.
