All the art in the kokutou_(kazuakifca) tag except for post #2229384 and post #2213686 either comes from or is mirrored on this Pixiv account, the current name of which is "秋空もみぢ".
The art in the akizora_momiji tag, except for post #2345272, is game cg from the VN teaka mamire no tenshi, which was published by Akabei Soft and had an Akizora Momiji on staff (according to VNDB). I think they're the same Akizora Momiji because Kokutou_(kazuakifca)'s Pixiv description says he's affiliated with them, and the Tumblr page linked on his Pixiv has posts advertising for their games and linking to their website.
However, VNDB credits the CGs in that game to Sakyuu Futoshi. So while Kokutou_(kazuakifca) and akizora_momiji are the same person, the art in akizora_momiji's tag might not really be his.
BUMP, also disagree, the artist translated their own name as akizora momidi, not momiji.
+1 to the alias in the OP.
fossilnix's concern was that some of game_cg posts currently under akizora_momiji may belong to a different artist. But this is a separate issue and can be dealt with afterwards.
Is kokutou_(kazuakifca) searched often enough that an alias would be needed? I imagine a mass update and an addition to the alternate names would suffice, but someone else might think differently (perhaps in a saved search or something).
