I wouldn't tag that with blunt bangs but not sure what else to call it other than diagonal bangs which sounds a little silly.

How do I tag that bra-like thing she wears before the transformation? The closest that comes to my mind are bandeau and tubetop, but I don't think any of those fit, and I'm sure it's not a bra or bikini top.
