Though in the second case, I don't know if that an actual name or some title.

The character page has the miniature panda as "Shao May", so the alias would be the other way around.

As for Hohenheim, details of his name are spoilers, but the alias is correct.

I feel like those were probably written for the convenience of the average English-speaker, rather than someone with a working knowledge of Chinese-styled names. The names probably ought to be mei_chang and xiao-mei, to conform with as close an approximation of Pinyin readings as possible (to the best of my knowledge, anyway; someone with a better understanding of Chinese should step in here).

The character page also transliterates ノックス as "Nocks" rather than "Knox". With foreign names in katakana, it's probably best to go with the native spelling rather than depend on "official" romanizations.

Actually, thinking about it, there's really no reason for a hyphen or an underscore. xiaomei is a perfectly good way of spelling it.
