Implicate crescent_moon -> moon

reason: Its obvious but if someone wants to look for a full moon they can use the tag, because the description for moon just says "celestial body orbiting a planet"

See forum #32614. The problem is that crescent_moon is used for the symbol as well as an actual celestial body with illuminated crescent which I see as separate things. I think I would prefer in this case for crescent_moon to be cleaned up to only be the celestial body, while just crescent is used for all the symbol appearances (like Patchouli's ornament), then it can implied to both crescent and moon. I don't think any agreement was reached in that last thread on the issue, though...

Oh, for that case I say that crescent_moon should be cleaned up and that crescent_moon should be implicated to crescent, perhaps, and only apply to when there is an actual moon.
