After poking though phane's "How (Not) To Use Danbooru" thread, I'm curious: Are the tags applied to an image when it is uploaded used to determine if it will be approved or not? On the Danbooru of old, I'd often upload a set with a few general tags, and then apply tags more specific to the image by editing it after the upload. I found that getting a set uploaded and tagged properly was more streamlined than trying to do it all from the upload page. This is mainly due to the fact that I can have the image in front of me so as to inspire more complete and accurate tags.
Obviously, we can't do that with the current moderation scheme. So my question is, will a rockin' image with crappy tagging not make it in? Should uploaders go ahead and fully tag the image from the upload page?
