The problem wasn't that she thinks she's better than men. The problem was that she was attracted to something "men" would. Then the representation cut to "men" ogling at something while she doesn't.

I'm thinking like Miyako Yoshika's forehead amulet, or Ranni's second face. Sorry if I'm not clear.

In general, we have expressive_* tags for that. Expressive object would be appropriate for Miyako Yoshika, but I don't think it would apply to Ranni.
This post reminds me of Haruno Sakura's inner self that appeared often in early Naruto arcs. We don't seem to have many posts of this; post #274277 was the only one I could find. It's tagged with dual persona, but I don't know if that would work here either.
