Oh~ B4 Trans: Tenshi is not amused with Kaguya cheating her way to victory, it seems.
Considering that she did not accept in any way a cheap victory on her fight, fighting honorably and head-on to the end, this is expected. She's probably the one going to tackle Kaguya next... Or at the very least, she wants to.
I would be tremendously happy if Tenshi ends up winning the tournament... But that's pure favoritism from my part. As long as an awesome team ends up winning, I'm OK with it. ...Though I don't think I'd be happy with Kaguya winning at all.
I do think she needs to be taught a lesson. Eiki-san tried, but being Genre Savvy ultimately doomed her. Now...
What the heck happened with Marisa's team, Shirou?
Mokou looks displeased. perhaps she too isn't pleased with how they won? though if mokou stops fighting, eirin will just fight again.
tenshi and okuu are shaping up to be the real heroes of this series. though from their last fight it did feel like they lacked proper westling training. if they can find a teacher (maybe byakuren?), they could really be a force to be reccond with. though okuu needs to learn how to fight when her eyes are covered. they won ONLY because shou and byakuren didn't exploit that weakness. other teams aren't so forgiving.
Well, isn't Tenshi (and other Celestials) on Eiki's "cannot judge" list along with Mokou and Kaguya? Tutoring her (and an impressionable young Youkai like Okuu) in proper wrestling technique (with a side of moralizing) would seem quite...appropriate, at least to me.

So far they've gone a 2 whole 'days' without a match.
Addition: I think Tenshi was referring to how Suika seems affiliated with the sponsors (Yukari, Kanako, Yuyuko, and perhaps Kaguya herself). There's a bit of that at play with only 1-2 teams associated directly with them left. Tenshi and Okuu are by their sheer inclusion, against them as well as Yuugi and Orin, who forefited as to allow Okuu her time in the sun.

Actually, despite being a celestial, she ascended while still mortal. Shinigami have been dispatched to reap her soul, but she's killed each and everyone that challenged her. Komachi's senario end with her in SWR points out, if she wasn't the ferryman, she would personally pay Tenshi back for all the shinigami she's beaten.

I wonder how Keine will react to the whole thing. As far as her goals were concerned that match was a massive failure. It did nothing to bring the two closer to being friends; if anything it'd boil up that old bad blood.
But on the training point; Okuu could certainly use it as she has two very exploitable weakness: how she reacts when her eyes are covered and how she thinks her limbs are broken after attacking when they're not. Tenshi just needs some pointers as to show some more skill.
>"I will defeat those humans along with the Oni that allied with them"
Tenshi was not amused with Suika's acceptance of such tactics.
Suika; I hope she crushes Okuu. There's not much point to beating Tenshi down, but maybe breaking her heart by breaking her partner will have an impact. The sheer arrogance.

Of thinking she stands a chance against an oni. Tenshi doesn't fear Suika (or Yuugi), because she has nothing to lose really. Not to mention the fact that as a race within Touhou, Oni are regarded as being vital to human progress and developement. Specifically, the fear of Oni is what makes us stronger.
Which leads me to think that the reason behind Tenshi's antagonism towards Suika is to set the stage for Tenshi learning to properly fear and grow a bit.
Of course, she's going to learn, because Oni always win all things being fair.

You're forgetting who's the author of this series.
I'd like to see Suika make it to the finals, but she has a big weakness in the form of her partner.

So, you don't like Tenshi being confident/determined to right a wrong?

Oni always win? I'm not sure that's true in this case as even with Yuugi out of the picture, there's still a couple of teams able to stand against her, Tenshi/Okuu being one of them.
This determination to make the Lunarians pay might motivate her to train for her next match.
All statements where people say that Oni are "invincible" or virtually unbeatable usually come from Tengu (who once served the Oni) or Suika herself, so the validity of the statement is... well, questionable. Akyu merely says that they are much more powerful than Youkai.
Its no doubt that average Oni far surpasses the average Youkai, and that Suika is probably one of the strongest Touhous. But she's far from unbeatable. Especially in a tourney where Sanae can actually be considered a threat with her powers disabled (lol).
while it's true that in this tournament that any team with an oni is high or top tier, it doesn't rule out other teams with the strength, skill, or plot power to challenge them.
Also the ring disables outward uses of abilities or magic, not so much inward ones (Byakuren's buffs, Reimu and Sanae's reinforcements, Sakuya's time stop shield)
Anyway if you stick to PMSS Suika is more or less "king" when it comes to strength.
Anyway two points of relative interest.
Sakuya could survive a hit from an Oni (BS time stop or no) so their power is not at the "tear down Youkai Mountain" level.
Remilia being a Vampire like Flan has "super human strength" which could mean basically anything really. In theory Remilia could come close to Suika depending on how you interpret things.
From what was mentioned in the background for the setting. Oni and Vampires are the top A class Yokai species. They're tremendously powerful, but come with major weaknesses.

Could this entire thing from the beginning have been setting up a fight against the establishment? The team that was made up of the people that wanted to join but were left out of it make it into the ring and fight completely fair and by the book with no manipulations or dirty tricks, the two show that they have no ulterior motives and just want to have fun with this, the infrastructure has shown itself to be rotten in some places and in the case of a certain ghost, completely cruel and merciless. Are these two our heroes?

OMG!! YES!! PLEASE, YES!! THIS! I would fangasm if Okuu and Tenshi take this tourney! So far they are the only likeable team still competing in this tournament! Everyone else I could root for or even just tolerate has been eliminated.
Humans can defeat monsters, you know?
- SuikaClap! Clap! Clap! That thing's a human. The Lunarian is fighting like a human.Clap! Clap!Oi oi, aren't you forgetting that you will be dealing with us before you beat them up?
