Hmmm... Yeah, Right you are. It's very obvious. ^_^
Each Color Pallete of Jin here references to the following characters.
The above column are Jin's Color Palletes in "Calamity Trigger", and the below column are Jin's Color Palletes in "Continuum Shift". Correct me if I'm wrong.
I like Jin's "Tenshi" Color Pallete. It's actually the one I frequently use because Tenshi is my favorite character from Angel Beats. Oh, white hair and yellow eyes.
And I just noticed that Jin's Color Palletes are either "Tsundere" or "Kuudere" Characters from different franchises. But that's just me, I guess.

If the top row are color palettes from CT, then how can it be a reference to Angel Beats? CT came out in November or so 2008 in arcades and June 2009 on consoles, Angel beats, manga/graphic novel didn't come out until late 2009.
It's fine to think some of these are a reference to it, but to actually say for a fact it is might be a bit of a stretch in the case of Tenshi, which I suppose you aren't saying that though.
To be honest, I think a lot of these are just grasping for references that aren't there. Since when has Bernkastel had purple in her design apart from her eye color? And how is purple, green, and dark-skinned a reference to Illya? (The Geass ones seem more plausible, though.)

I don't know. Probably they have some way of knowing the characters through the creators before Angel Beats was released?
Whatever the case, I still like that Color Pallete. Hell! when I started using that Pallete of Jin, I literally jumped from my seat because Oh! Jin has a "Tenshi" Color Pallete!
Okay! Again, I'm not forcing my views to anyone. If you don't like to think that Jin has a "Tenshi" Color Pallete(Despite the fact that the Pallete has Silver Hair and Yellow Eyes and color clothings that are close to identical), then just don't believe.
