Why is that "Nice Knowing You"? Keine's powers are *nowhere* near Mokou or Kaguya's, both of whom are immortal to boot (so no "Nice Knowing You" for them at all).
That, if she would actually try to attack her best friend and her beloved rival.
A little rewriting in history and the never-ending moments of being caved by Ex-Keine will make those two feeling really unlucky about being immortal. And, simply go along with this already used gag.

Who needs to attack? It's a full moon, and EX-Keine's power is to literally rewrite history. She could just as well erase Kaguya from existence by 'unwriting' her birth. I don't think the Hourai Elixir covers retroactive damage...

Butterfly effect. If she unwrites Kaguya's birth (which I'm not sure lies within her power, mind you), then she undoes everything that results from that...including Mokou becoming an immortal, entering Gensokyo and meeting Keine.

Which should pretty much be the end of the story. Her power is a complete dud unless she herself (or her memory) is immune to the propagating changes, so as to avoid predestination paradoxes resulting from changes in her past light cone. ... Temporal mechanics always gives me a headache, and having been at another problem for hours before this one doesn't help...

Except that Keine can't undo history - she can only conceal it (when in human form) or create new history (when in hakutaku form). Either way, she can't make it so that Kaguya never drank the Hourai Elixir.
She CAN make it so that Eirin also created an antidote and/or a third dosage of the Elixir, thus ensuring that she'll be with Mokou forever as well as a "victory" over Kaguya, but she can only do this during a full moon when she's in beast form - and she'll probably be too horny to try to do anything other than jump Mokou's bones anyway.
