It's partially_translated since I left two speech bubbles untranslated: いぐべ & いがべし . They seem to be of the Ibaraki Dialect and I can't make out how to translate them. いぐべ could be 行く along with their standard sentence ending of べ . I have no clue about the second word, although it's a bit strange for her to be using べし in it's full form, since they most often shorten it to べ .

いぐべ is indeed effectively いくぜ/ぞ. For いがべし, after mainly getting results pointing to other GuP dialog and even this strip, none providing any additional context or explanation, I found the sentence 食いたくない物があったら買わなきゃいがべし (If you don't want to eat something, you don't have to buy it), which in more standard dialect would be 食べたくない物があったら買わなきゃいい. So いがべし would seem to be a quick reaffirmation, along the lines of "Sounds good" or "Yep, let's do it."
