Horse is trending a bit on the Korean net but I dunno why yet. Still looking for further info. Anyway, Pixiv has her tagged as 그레이스 (Grace), which is also an artist tag for this post, confirming her identity. Various parts of the Korean net are also calling her Grace-chan, with "-chan" written phonetically in Korean.
Edit: So apparently Kakao Games (the Korean publisher for Umamusume) is doing a bad job at handling the KO server, causing many Korean players to feel slighted for being treated "unfairly" compared to their Japanese counterparts. Things came to a head recently with Kakao announcing a PvP event with only THREE DAYS of prep time.
Unhappy Korean gamers have a tradition of sorts of protesting in front of game company HQ buildings (or circling around the same) with protest trucks decked with giant signs and gaudy LED lights. Korean Umamusume players went the extra mile and came up with an "Umamusume protest carriage" instead. The horse pulling the carriage is the aforementioned Grace.
It even made it into news. An article from Yonhap News can be found here.
Edit2: Grace is a retired racehorse. Of the Northern Dancer line through her sire. This makes her... uh... third cousins with Taiki Shuttle, I think? And great-grandniece to Akikawa Yayoi?

Thanks for the details 👍
Grace also shares common ancestry with a number of horse girls, not to mention all the SS horses via Nearco looking at the horse line RE: Edit2
