This isn't a kimono. The overall robe is vaguely Shaolin-esque. It's basically a hybrid of a Shaolin monk's Kasaya robes and a Chinese qipao. Artist is also Chinese.
Problem is hadanugi_dousa implying open_kimono implying kimono (and also implying japanese_clothes). Perhaps the hadanugi_dousa -> open_kimono implication should be removed? I mean, the wiki does suggest to use it only for kimono examples, but people wearing other similar clothes can often strike a similar pose (especially with dragon tattoo showing). It's kinda like a shared trope for Eastern martial arts in general.
