The survey's not joloki-ing about:
What spicy food do you like? • Wasabi • Chili pepper • Tabasco • Habanero • Death sauce
That Death sauce seems interesting, especially the Mega and Ultra Death ones. The hottest I ever had was a sauce with 500000 scoville. Damn, that was extreme stuff, but didn't taste that good.
I love spicy foods, but my tolerance is more what my stomach can withstand than what my tongue can. (I personally prefer my Thai and Chinese hot enough to require a box of tissues.) Naga Jolakia sauces are all practically like eating shards of broken glass for what they do to my digestive tract. (I'm generally fine with it coming out the other end, but it definitely keeps me warm going through, with all the indigestion...) I can oddly take habaneros somewhat better than jalapenos, which cause more indigestion for me for the same amount of spiciness.
A lot of extreme sauces don't taste too good, either. Some naga jalakia or caspacin extract stuff I got once was a combination of extremely sour and bitter, with no regard for flavor on top of the extreme spiciness, but then again, it's not like you can eat that sort of stuff without heavy dilution, regardless.
My family thinks it's funny to just grab anything with an extreme-sounding name, and buy it for me as a hot sauce, but I'm really particular with these sorts of things. A lot of them are much more vinegar than any other ingredient, so you need to find the right kind of vinegar to match a food. Stuff like a chipolte tabasco is great to toss on just any random burger or pizza, but any kind of creamy dish is going to get ruined adding a vinegar-based hot sauce on it. But people just think "oh, spicy is the only thing you taste, and all spicy is the same!"...
