I was thinking of uploading first then tag later. Is that a wrong thing to do?
It wastes the time of people who stumble upon uploads that are severely undertagged. Or do you expect everyone else to just move along and hope you'll come back and fix it later?

Whoa, chill there hermano. Sure it's undertagged the moment I upload it, but I do make sure to tag as much as I can when I get back to it. No harm in doing that right?

But what's the point of this two-step method? You could do it all at once and not waste anyone else's time. Tagging twenty minutes after uploading is unnecessary and annoying and it makes you seem to be prioritizing simply having your name attached to an upload above all else.
It's precisely the sort of behavior that user #483749 has been getting negative records for.

Sigh. This is what I get for trying to be reasonable? Seriously? It makes a huge difference when it comes to uploading Pixiv posts that have multiple images in it. I can just tag a few tags the images mutually share and save a lot of time, effort and even tabs by [Back > Change number > Upload] and tag when I can see them clearly using the Shift+E window, instead of repeatedly scrolling up and down to see what's in the image to tag, fill in, upload and repeat the slow process just getting what, one single image uploaded? Is that what you prefer?

That seems like a decent enough justification for uploading in batches, but this was only one image. I just don't think it's too much to ask for uploaders to get it done right the first time.

I apologize for this case, because after I submitted the upload I had to work on something else. The moment I came back to this I tried to add in the tags right away.

I'm just gonna say that this image is beautiful and thanks for uploading it.

It's cool. I'm just glad you see where I'm coming from.

By the way, you can actually also use Shift+E to open up the tag window while on the upload page. No need having to scroll up and down just to see the preview image and use the tag box far below.
