Is there a way to do ruby/furigana in a note? I thought I had seen it on another post, but can't find it now.
Not really. Some people who love them some CSS will fake it with some extremely complicated code that basically involves creating a new line they have on a small font and forced into a specific hard-coordinate position in the text box, but that's beyond the norm and even knowledge base of most users.
Just using to create a translation note is enough, most of the time.

Maybe you’ve seen a different solution, but the one I came up with uses relative positioning to tie the “furigana” to the base word so that it should always be in the correct place across all browsers, even if automatic line breaking moves the base word elsewhere due to a different font or renderer being used.
