I think the idea of a carton milk substitute tea is below her level of sophistication. I would expect a similar reaction if she were handed a can or bottle of Kocha Kaden "Royal Milk Tea" (which is actually a Coca Cola brand sold in Japan)... Personally I love the stuff lol. A warm can of Kocha Kaden out of the vending machine is great for a sore throat, but I don't think Darjeeling-sama drinks Coca Cola tea products let alone tea laced with war-time ration imitation milk. 'Tis not propper.
