Uhh... where were you two years ago?
Using "umm... no" and its variations is just as bad as all-caps, friend. It's overused generic sarcasm, and the weapon of choice for trolls. See? It got me ranting.

Yeah, I think I noticed that it was posted 2 years ago after I posted the comment. Who knows? Maybe the person that posted that will come by and read the comments one day and say "Wow, I can not believe that I made that mistake. I'm glad someone corrected it".
As for "uhh... no" being just as bad as all-caps, I beg to differ. I don't see that as being particularly annoying, just a way of expressing the intonation of what I was writing. Most of the things that people write is arguably generic and overused, besides I'm not just going to change how I was writing because it happens to be how a troll would write something. One might even argue that criticizing a short phrase that one person uses is similar to the activities of a troll. Of course, I'm not going to make that argument.
[gladwort surprises oturib with Fujioka-kuma sneak attack] Well, it sure bugs the shit out of me. I'll call it a pet peeve and move on since your counterpoint was reasonable and you didn't return my sarcasm.
And don't mock the rant! I've made children cry and old women cringe with less! [brandishes Fujioka-kuma threateningly]
