Nothing comes close, except illegally stolen documents and plans via espionage improperly altered and faultily assembled so that it falls apart in midair :)

Show me it's massively advacned radar, the millions of lines of code that make it and other sensors work, the insanely high performance engines, the massively refined aerodynamics that make it super maneuverable, the outlandishly complex composite materials that really matter in this sort of stealth, and the combat proven weapons systems it carries such as AMRAAM and we'll talk.
If making a stealth fighter was a simple as painting it black and making it pointy everyone would have them.
Oh believe me, I don't underestimate them. I wouldn't be remotely surprised to find out the poison incidents weren't accidental at all. However, Chinese spies were found to have been working for Boeing and other defense contractors, and did successfully send plenty of documents back home. China's definitely eying the "top world power" spot, and the USA needs to watch them a lot closer.
That fighter is nothing but a modified F-22. While they got the plans, the main question is did they get the technical understanding for them? If you want an answer for that, search for Brilliance BS6 on YouTube. It's a Chinese car that was crash tested.
The problem is that they'll actually build as many of these as they need, whereas the US isn't even building enough to replace the F-15. Then again, the stealth drones will be done before they have enough to matter. Parity is maintained.
Man, I wish World War 3 or something would come soon so we can actually see all of those fancy weapons in action. That should end the endless debates about which weapon is better than which.

All that is... simply put... technology. And all technology is eventually available to ANYBODY with the money to afford it... one way... or the other.
I don't know what you would say, but those lousy rudders would fuck the plane up when it reaches mach speed at high altitudes. Then, the F22 would have the advantage. This plane is a failure of a supersonic fighter.
