Basically, the same thing as a dragon. (Or orc or lizardwoman...) Proud, competent woman until someone beats her at something, then her brain is overridden by cock.
Well, at least she gets to maintain at least some of her personality after the waifufication. That's something, I guess. I'm not sure if I'm all for this "domestic violence is love" concept, but to each their own, I guess.

It's worth calling out kenkou_cross every time he resorts to "domestic violence is love". It's also worth remembering that he does it a lot, and he's not likely to stop anytime soon, any more than yuureidoshi is going to come up with a coherent science of Kancolle puchi biology or behavior.

This is less of a Kenkou cross thing and more of a usual archtype of "Warrior clan" or Amazoness wanting to only have strong children. Clearly any man that can best them in combat would only bolster their child with strong genes. This kinda thing does have it's root in reality. Not that we have such amazoness running around much anymore.

If by "reality" you mean "older myth", then yes. Amazons were basically Greek propaganda about how horrible it would be if you let women run anything. (And proof that Heracles/Hercules was cool, because he beat some down and made them serve him.)
The basic point of this would be that these monstergirls wouldn't have any real choice in who their "husband" is, they just get Stockholm Syndrome whenever anyone knocks them out and rapes them. (And it even specifically says in the page that it's rape.)
In some of the other girls, it's implied they only rape or waifucate whenever there's some guy they actually like, and some like Lilyraune overtly say they reject a poor match. By this, either you're hoping that "fate" just happens to always luckily bring the right people together (possibly they all just believe in the heart of the cards?) or there's nothing but random people accidentally being forced to spend the rest of their lives together while beating the snot out of and/or raping one another because of mental domination spells cast by some outside force.
How many cultures do you honestly believe there are where there are no dissenters from a culture where your life's course is based solely upon a eugenics program to create "perfect warriors"? It's a Planet of the Hats scenario, and as TV Tropes points out, it doesn't take too long before the purpose of the hat runs out, and someone has to declare My Species Doth Protest Too Much.
The thing about Kenkou Cross, however, is that he never spends that period of time on a given species. It's one page, and done. All monster girls are "Always Chaotic Waifu," and the only in-depth looks I've seen were all about human women that were changed into monsters. (And naturally, liked their Stockholm Syndrome.) There's no second lamia or catgirl whose personality might contrast with the first one. Each individual IS the stereotype of their species, because they are the only individual that exists.
You shouldn't forget that at least for some of these they were monsters/animals to begin with before being turned into their current forms, and in nature rape or submission isn't necessarily out of place, so it would be better to compare them to animals in human-ish form than humans. Take for example lions, when a new male takes over a pride he will go and attempt to kill the cubs of the previous male. The females of course will try and protect their cubs, but if the new male succeeds it's not like the female will hold it against the male, and in fact will quickly return to a receptive state ready to bear children again and of course offer herself to the new male. Choice isn't always an option in nature, and even if it was, that choice is still amongst what is available.
