Oh god this cracked me up. Why not just use a phone to type out the order, and present it to the clerk? Because hunger-powered telepathy is just awesome!
This deserves to go into the "What do you mean it's not awesome" pool, IMHO.
Despite what I write here, they have a ticket machine, so it's okay. :-) When my voice seriously gave out, I was troubled about communicating my intent.
Reader-added tags include "You attempted a dialog, Kogasa-san", "Sanae: 'Knock off the practical joking with him!'" and "The ability to add to one's abilities at will if it's for food".
The poll experiments with sending mental messages:
Directly into someone's mind!? • I'm hungry. • Please extend my deadline. • Please go out with me. • Fami-chick*, please. • Show me your panties.
*ファミチキ (famichiki), a fried chicken patty offered at Family Mart convenience stores.
The power of hunger is amazing, isn't it? If Kogasa-san can gain telepathy when hungry enough, I wonder what Yuyuko-sama would suddenly become able to do? Sanae-san should let Kogasa-san eat, a little food might help Kogasa-san get better, right?
For the poll, might be fun to ask someone out via telepathy. Sure would impress, right?
