Yet even as I say that, it's not as if anything funny happened, so it looks like it'll end in just a few strips. (^^;)
Reader-added tags include: "It wasn't botamochi on the shelf, but a ticket from Ran", "Who the heck are Ran-shama and Yuyu-sama" and "What about the remaining 3 people and the weather!?"
The poll asks about similar gifts:
I'd be delighted to have a ticket for: • S-seats at a concert • Pop-idol meet 'n' greet • Non-expiring ride on the 999 • Comic Market circle admission • Being stepped on by Yuuka-san
There are apparently four standard levels of concert seat ticket: B, A, S, and SS, in descending order of distance from the stage. (Sometimes SS-class is omitted.)
Are we sure Remilia and Flandre are Mizuki's kin? The sense I got was more along the lines of Remilia being a college/university classmate/roommate of Mizuki's.
Can't remember clearly, but for some reason I'm fairly sure they are relatives, maybe distant ones. Kogasa already has the whole Karakasa family though, so I'm not sure.
Wow, Kogasa-san sure caught a lucky break. I'm sure there won't be any problems with having Chen along for the ride, and she can bring in four other people (hopefully Sanae-san will be able to make it). I wonder who Koagasa-san will bring? Maybe Marisa-san and Reimu-san will return? Would be nice to see Nazrin-san come back, too.
For the poll, non-expiring ride on the 999 sounds like a lot of fun (though getting stepped on by Yuka-san is tempting).
For the poll. A ticket to be stepped on by Yuuka-san. Which I would then sell to Fannon-Tenshi. I'd be rich with historic artifacts. Though, being stepped on (lightly, for play) isn't too bad. It can hurt later though.

Appreciate you saying so. I wasn't especially satisfied with it, but I couldn't think of anything better right off for an equivalently mangled metaphor.
A certain day in June 2012.Wouldn't you like to go up the Tokyo Sky Tree, Kogasa-san?I'd like to, but isn't that done by lottery?I don't think I'd win.I have six tickets here for the Tobu Railway stockholders' benefit.Tobu Railways owns the Skytree.I'll turn them over to you, Kogasa-san.You don't mind!?Anyone can go, so long as I can get you to take Chen along.♡Since I can't go because of business. What an unexpected windfall...Though it seems like the wind brought a tree down with it. The original "stroke of luck" phrase is "botamochi (red adzuki bean mochi) on the shelf". Kogasa says it feels like the mochi was forgotten and left on the shelf until it had spoiled.Sorry, I have no idea what you mean.Unexpectedly
