Even though she's not wearing her seihou outfit, she's got her seihou wings, so I guess Kazami Yuuka (classic) applies? The title for this strip is 砕けない, which my translator renders as 'it does not break'. It's part of what (presumably Marisa?) is saying in that last panel, with regards to the ice.

Actually she doesnt need to do that, i mean, this is the first time i see a master spark this destructive, and given that marisa also pawned cirno with her less potent version of master spark, i wouldnt be surprised that it'll eventually break the ice
See, I have a problem with this. No way the ice should hold up to a master spark, not even for a moment. Not because of any differences in strength between Yuuka and Cirno, real or imagined, but because no matter how strong Cirno is ice is still ice. Her ability to use it can improve to insane levels - imagine her using it for form ice in your blood - but a wall of ice is still just that... a wall of ice.

You have seen an actual ice berg, right? Those things don't just die to fire instantly. It takes time to get through them. They're not flimsy ice cubes. We're talking a giant chunk of ice. Master Spark is not a piercing beam. It's a power beam. And as it's not engulfing the entire iceburg, it's kind of stunted in that sense.
It doesn't matter who win this, what really is important is that a bunch of little girls was able to make Yuuka going all-out just to survive to a giant icecube.

This. Not to mention they had this planned from the start from the looks of things. Feels like a classic Naruto Clever moment.

actually if ice is made correctly it an even stronger than steel.
One word "Titanic" And just imagine if Cirno has gone to be at level where she can use the Absolute zero which there should be no movement of individual molecules.
Arctic is is stronger than steel. The colder ice becomes, the harder it becomes, and, well... I'd imagine Cirno's ice is pretty darned cold right about now.
Unfortunately, Wiki is frustratingly vague about material properties, except that it's theorized ice will turn into a metal at impossibly high pressures.
Despite it needing megapascals of pressure, in my heart I believe she's found a way to create Ice IX, which is denser than regular ice, and hence may be a little stronger under assault.
Or maybe the pressure of master spark itself is high enough to catalyze its conversion into metal?
I am taking this way too seriously.
Man, I feel like attaching a note just to point out how small Yuuka is in that picture of master spark blasting the ice.

You are seriously underestimating ice. Especially the equivalent of an iceberg. Unless Master Spark is a laser of insane temperatures, it won't blow through an iceberg immediately, especially if Cirno is freezing the melting ice as fast as Yuuka's attack can melt/smash it or adding new ice to the iceberg as its mass gets reduced.
You're also underestimating Cirno badly. She fought freaking Okuu inside the nuclear furnace of Old Hell and held her own in the third fighting game and she can freeze a path through marisa's Master Spark (and she's presumably gotten stronger since then in this story as it was stated to have happened some time ago)!

This.

The reason ice is so easy to break (in small quantities, try smashing a really big, solid block without tools and see how far you get) is because when the water freezes it does so with little flaws and imperfections in it's molecular structure (the water doesn't freeze in a uniform fashion). The ice tends to break along these weakspots. Ice without these microscopic flaws would have roughly three times the hardness of steel. Structurally perfect ice doesn't really occur in nature, but sheer mass can more than compensate as the iceberg's own weight causes it to compress the ice, making it denser and more structurally sound.
The ice... won't break...I'm not gonna lose!!Last Spell:
